Nayab Singh Saini has announced financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh along with a government job for the family of Navy Lieutenant, Late Vinay Narwal. The brave officer, hailing from Karnal district, was martyred during a terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on April 22, 2025.
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss, the Chief Minister stated that the government would offer a job to any one member of Lt. Narwal’s family, in accordance with the wishes of his parents.
